This S2 Yachts has now been on the market a couple months. Looking for any offers!
Classic sloop located at one of the nicest marinas in Sausalito!
This may be a 1982 sailboat, but the way it looks amazing.
The outside of this S2 11.0 doesn't show the usual wear and tear for a boat that age. The deck and hull appear bright and clean, as well as the teak railing appears absent of any weather or sun damage.
The cockpit is large and functional with ample seating, nice helm area with instrumentation needed for sailing. The stern is outfitted with stainless railing with a swim ladder and a Magma BBQ.
The cabin has lots of space for relaxing or entertaining. The settee will seat 3 adults and the U-Shape dinette can seat 4 adults comfortably.
The galley is outfitted with a double sink, a compact refrigerator, a stove and oven, as well as room for the toaster oven and microwave on the counter.
On the opposite side of the L-shaped counter are a coffee pot, standard toaster, and a built in Ice Box that doubles as additional storage space.
Forward of the main cabin is a V-berth large enough for two, and a head with sink, shower, and a manual pump toilet.
This boat is ready for any sailing adventure, including the Bay, Coastal, or just an overnight trip to your favorite get away.
